If your professor, institution, or you use a plagiarism or AI detector that identifies the presence of plagiarism or AI-generated content, a full official report must be provided.

Keep in mind:

• The full official report must contain the exact percentage of plagiarism or AI usage and clearly highlight the parts identified as plagiarism or AI-generated content.
• Not all detectors are optimized for academic content verification. We only consider reports obtained from services recognized as reliable for academic purposes.
• If you specified an AI detector at the time of order placement and provided login details (if the detector required paid access), the report must correspond to the specified tool.

Each case involving suspicion of AI-generated content or plagiarism is individually investigated by our Quality Assurance Department. The following affects the investigation process and results: 

• Was a particular AI detector specified during order placement?
• If the AI detector is paid, was access provided?
• Does the detector support the verification of academic content?
• Was a plagiarism or AI usage limit below 10% specified when placing the order?
• Was a full official report provided?
• Is detected plagiarism or AI-generated content justified (formulas, proper names, etc)?
• Are additional arguments or confirmations from the professor/university provided?

We are not responsible for plagiarism and AI content in materials initially created by our service and later edited or altered by you or third parties.
